General:

• The Seth Award will be presented to three (3) students of Mukul Hindi School
• The award is to be presented during the Annual Function
• It is hoped that this student will be a true role model for other students of Mukul Hindi School

Eligibility:

• Enrolled as a student in good standing in Hindi Mukul School language program
• Student must have completed at least 3 years in Mukul Hindi School
• Student must be a graduating student in level 8 of the school. If there is not enough competition, then other (non-graduating) student of next highest level may be included for award competition

Criteria:

• Every year 2 exams (one in Dec and one in April) will be conducted. The results of the examinations will be communicated to the Committee in the following month meeting
• The student receiving maximum marks will be selected for this award. The 90% of total marks will be based on the written test conducted of all eligible students and 10% of the marks will be based on the general behavior of the student for all years he/she studied in the school
• All the regular teachers must approve the student for the award
• The teacher-in-charge will present the names of the award winners to the Committee for approval in April or May monthly meeting
